Vintage Printed Photos vs. Electronic Images

I think that if your holding a photo in your hand you do feel a more emotional attatchment towards it.  If you see it on a computer or phone, you don't have a very strong feeling towards it.  I see it more as like just one of the photos that doesn't really matter.  When you have the photo you don't want to get rid of it like you do when its on your laptop.  Overall, I think printed photos are more valuable and better to have.

Personal Style

I think I bring my own sort of style into photography.  I like to take photos that are of unique subject matter.  I also take photos of things in my daily life.  I show what I was doing at that time and place without having a title.  I want my viewers to have their own opinions and thoughts about what they think my pictures are about.  I love working in black and white because it gives my photos a more emotional look.

Edited and Saturated

I think when we grow up people will remember the colors of the natural world as bright and vibrant.  This sometimes is not the case.  But in our photos alot of people make the photographs look better by saturating the color.  People will eventually be dissapointed at the sight they see when they look outside.  I think we should leave the color the way the picture was taken so we can actually see what nature really looked like.

Boston Bombs

The photos from the Boston bombing can be useful for anything. I personally would give my photos to the government so they can have them to look for the person that did this. It was a very sad day and everyone wants justice to be served. The only way justice will be served is if we can find this person. The public have photos that could be useful for this investigation and we could possibly find this terrorist.

Paparazzi: How Far is Too Far?

I think the paparazzi are just really ridiculous.  People deserve to have their privacy even if they are celebrities.  I personally don't care if i see a picture of a celebrity outside of their work place or not.  But photographing celebrities' children is just insane.  Paparazzi just don't know when to back off.  They need to find a different proffession because things are getting ridiculous.

Is Anything Private Anymore?

I believe nothing is private anymore.  People have no respect for anyone else.  If you tell something to one person, they end up telling everyone you know and then some.  Then you have everyone knowing your business.  Also People just put to much of their lives on Instagram and show us too much.  Everyone can be photographed pretty much and there is nothing private anymore.

Instagram

I use my Instagram to show people the awesome stuff I do in my spare time.  Sometimes i take pictures of cool things and just use the filters on Instagram so I can make it look better.  It can be a cool thing to use because it has some really cool filters, but for the most part it isn't used from a photography standard.
